Team UK Becomes Team07Offshore Racing in Transatlantic Rebrand

James Norvill and Andy Foster are launching a new chapter in their offshore racing campaign, rebranding from Team UK to Team07Offshore Racing for 2026 and fielding boats on both sides of the Atlantic under unified orange and blue colours.

The partnership is not new. Foster, a West Country-based offshore racer with multiple UKOPRA Class 3D victories and P1 championship wins on both sides of the Atlantic to his name, joined forces with Norvill – a South Wales entrepreneur who also holds both the UK and US P1 SuperStock Championships from 2014 – for the Florida circuit last autumn. The pair campaigned a Phantom 32 V-bottom at Englewood Beach before contesting the Race World Offshore World Championships at Key West in November.

For 2026 the team has formalised that partnership under a single identity. The American programme opens this weekend at the 6th Annual Monster Energy St. Petersburg Powerboat Grand Prix, where Norvill takes the throttle and Foster drives in Class 400, boat #407. The event is the opening round of the IHRA Offshore Series National Championship, expected to draw more than 60,000 spectators to the downtown St Petersburg waterfront.

In the United Kingdom, the team has acquired the Fountain 42 previously campaigned by Dean Stoneman in UKOPRA Class 1, known as Lala, now running 1,500hp in Class 1L. Foster drives, Norvill is on the throttle, and Christian Parsons-Young navigates.

The same orange and blue livery runs on both boats. The team travelled to Florida three weeks ago to test the new set-up ahead of St Petersburg. Foster said the session gave the squad confidence going into the opening round.

“Really excited and keen to get out racing. We were in Florida three weeks ago testing the new set-up and couldn’t believe the difference it made. We just need to put it into practice this weekend.” – Andy Foster, Team07Offshore Racing
