Cappellini’s Winning Boat at Genoa International Boat Show
Guido Cappellini, the ten-time F1H2O World Champion, added another historic achievement to his name on 2 June 2025, when he dominated the 72nd Raid Pavia-Venezia and established a new course record.His winning boat is on display at the Genoa International Boat Show, Pavilion B ground floor, Mercury stand F8.
The Record Performance
- Route: approx. 413 km from Pavia (Ticino) to Venice via the Po.
- Time: 1 hour, 41 minutes, and 54 seconds.
- Average speed: 207.26 km/h.
- Previous record: set in 2005 by Dino Zantelli – 1:44:45 at ~203.34 km/h.
