Sunseeker used the opening day of the Cannes Yachting Festival, Tuesday September 8, 2026, to unveil a full rebrand alongside three separate product announcements: the reveal of an all-new 45M Superyacht concept, the launch of the 86 Ocean Enclosed, and the global debut of the Manhattan 94.
The announcements came at a press conference held on the show’s opening day and mark the first major public statement from Sunseeker under new chief executive Scott Millar, confirmed in the role in July alongside new owners Cross Ocean Partners and Cheyne Capital.
New Brand Platform: The Original Mavericks
At the centre of the relaunch is a new brand platform called The Original Mavericks, built around Sunseeker’s history of challenging convention within luxury yachting. The positioning is framed around the designers, engineers, craftspeople and owners the company says have always defined the brand.
Scott Millar, Chief Executive Officer, said:
“Sunseeker became one of the most admired names in yachting by refusing to follow convention. This is a brand built by people willing to think differently, take risks and push boundaries. That spirit is central to our future.”
A New Design Language
Sunseeker also set out a future design philosophy intended to give each of its four ranges, Predator, Manhattan, Ocean and Superyacht, a more distinct individual identity while keeping a shared design DNA across the marque.
Under the new direction, Predator will continue to focus on performance and power, Manhattan will move toward what the company calls effortless sophistication, Ocean will be built around exploration and capability, and Superyacht will become the company’s most personalised and individual offering.
Sunseeker said the approach involved reviewing each range’s core characteristics before evolving them, rather than starting from a traditional functional brief. The resulting design language is intended to bring cleaner profiles, stronger proportions and more sculptural surfaces across future models. The company also outlined plans to explore wellness, recovery, fitness and sleep optimisation as part of future onboard design.
All-New 45M Superyacht
The centrepiece reveal was the all-new 45M Superyacht, described by Sunseeker as its first completely new superyacht design since the company’s return to superyacht production with the 134 Superyacht.
Sunseeker confirmed the project has already secured a signed Letter of Intent from an existing customer, before a single image of the finished yacht existed. Construction of the first hull is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2027, with delivery anticipated in the second quarter of 2029.
At approximately 440GT, the 45M Superyacht is built on a new semi-displacement hull platform intended for long-range cruising and comfort. The design includes an aft deck configured as an outdoor lounge and a Sky Lounge on the upper deck that can be tailored to individual owners.
Accommodation comprises five staterooms, with the option to configure a sixth, and quarters for up to nine crew. A transverse tender garage houses a tender alongside two personal watercraft.

86 Ocean Enclosed Launched
Sunseeker also launched the 86 Ocean Enclosed, the latest model in its Ocean Series and, the company says, the most distinctive Ocean model to date.
The yacht measures 26.17 metres (85 feet 10 inches) overall, with a 6.56 metre beam and 1.31 metre draft, and displaces 84,550kg. Power comes from twin MAN engines, either the V8-1300 or the V12-1650, for a top speed of up to 26 knots.
Its defining feature is a fully enclosed upper deck combining wheelhouse and Sky Lounge functionality, styled with reference to a Portuguese bridge and offering multiple configuration options including optional spa tub arrangements.
Accommodation is for eight guests across four cabins, with an optional main deck master suite and the choice of a full-beam owner’s stateroom on the lower deck. Crew accommodation covers three, with four guest en-suites plus one for crew.

Manhattan 94 Makes Global Debut
The Manhattan 94 made its world premiere on the water at Cannes, leading a seven-yacht Sunseeker line-up that also included the Predator 55, Manhattan 56, Manhattan 68, 75 Sport Yacht, 76 Yacht and 100 Yacht.
The flagship of the Manhattan range measures 28.60 metres (93 feet 10 inches) overall, with a 6.56 metre beam and 2.07 metre draft, and displaces 89,278kg. Twin MTU engines, either the 10V 2000 M96L or the more powerful 12V 2000 M96X, give a top speed of up to 26 knots, with optional Humphree X-Series stabilisers.
Its central feature is a full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck, a layout Sunseeker says is more typically associated with larger yachts. The lower deck houses four further guest cabins, taking capacity to ten guests across five en-suites, with quarters for five crew.
The yacht’s Beach Club area includes a tender garage sized for a Williams Sport Jet 395, alongside stowage for SeaBobs and paddleboards, and an X-TEND sunbed system that can be reconfigured between aft-facing and cockpit-level positions.
