The UAE F4 Powerboat Championship starts in Abu Dhabi on 22-23 November 2025, with four championship rounds to be hosted by Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
Championship Changes
The 2024/2025 season saw Salem Al Yafai and Obaid Bin Mubarak of Mubarak Racing Team take the top two positions, supported by TheRace Factory team led by Frode Sundsdal. Both drivers have since moved to F2.
Al Yafai was promoted to Team Abu Dhabi’s F2 programme, whilst Bin Mubarak has been training with the Victory team for F2 in Dubai.

Sundsdal Statement
I think that everyone who followed F4 in Europe knows it was we who lost the title. William Martinsen from Norway racing for the Black Pharaoh team dominated with three of four pole positions and two world championship wins. A small fuel pump issue stopped our victory, while leading also round 3 of the championship, but congratulations to Nils Slakteris on his title. Its not over till all points are counted. We are ready to fight in 2026.
2025/2026 Entry

Sultan Al Yafai will drive as Black Pharaoh’s lead driver, with Eesmat Maooni as the team’s second entry. The championship expects up to 14 boats, including a two-boat entry from the Sharjah Team.
