Rikard Ingvarsson and Adam Jansson had barely finished celebrating one thing before William Söderlind and Jonatan Rindar took the overall win.

Söderlind and Rindar took overall victory at Roslagsloppet 2026, crossing the line in 3:23:27.48 aboard the Class C Twister 24, the fastest total time of any crew across all fifteen classes.

Racing for RBR, the pair also set the fastest single lap of any Class C boat, 4:35.72, on their way to victory over Viktor Jansson and Sebastian Högberg, who finished second in class roughly three minutes behind. Andreas Engström and Love Kumlin completed the Class C podium.

Söderlind and Rindar received the winner’s wreath on the pontoon at Öregrund, presented by Öregrunds Blomsterglädje.

Fifteen Classes, Forty-One Crews

Fifteen classes started, from the high-powered CL and D boats down to the smaller A and B classes, with forty-one crews recorded on the official timing sheet. RBR and ÖRK each produced five class winners across the day.

An Unconfirmed Battle for the Overall

According to a contact at the event, the D-5 crew of Fredrik Groth Fyrö and Filip Ericsson had been among the favourites for overall victory before an engine failure shortly before the start forced them to run on a single engine. The official timing sheet records D-5 with no completed laps. Powerboat News has not independently verified the engine failure or the repair described.

The same source said Roslagsloppet’s total time record, set by Claes Westerlund, remains unbroken. Powerboat News has not confirmed the record’s time or the year it was set.
