Rasmus Hamrén and Madeleine Samuelsson took Offshore 3B honours at the Kalkkiranta Kievari Offshore Race on Saturday, June 6, 2026, pulling clear of Lovisa Sahlén and Mattias Lind on the penultimate lap to win the Finnish and Nordic Championship round at Sipoo Kalkkiranta in 43:22.892. The result delivered an all-Swedish podium for the second consecutive round.

In Offshore 3A, Aleksi Mäkinen and Marko Ihalainen dominated for Finland, finishing 1:56.757 clear of the Swedish pair Anton Kurten and Felix Lundström. All ten classified boats completed the full six laps.

Offshore 3B: Hamrén Pulls Clear

B-32 and B-62 ran close through the opening laps, with Sahlén and Lind keeping the pressure on. Hamrén found the margin he needed with two laps to go and held it to the line. The 10.896-second gap at the finish gave little indication of how close the battle had been through most of the race. The pairing won Class B at Kalkkiranta in 2024 in a Twister 20 Special, and they arrived this year as one of the crews to beat.

Max Samuelsson and Joel Schöneberg in B-85 completed the Swedish clean sweep, finishing third at +59.674. The Finnish challenge came from B-13 (Lauri Landen and Ilkka Landen) in fourth and B-17 (Janne Pirhonen and Lenni Strandberg) in fifth, separated by just 0.385 seconds at the end of 43 miles of racing.
